| Wordentec are constructing a S500 WAVE sputtering system for Cambridge University. The S500 WAVE features Plasma Quest HiTUS sputtering technology. The system is expected to be ready for installation in October and will form part of the Cambridge IKC (integrated knowledge centre) in Advanced Manufacturing Technologies for Photonics and Electronics. |  | |
